Most designers begin their adventure post design school, but Angela’s design career unfolded most organically, starting out as a true artist - producing sketches of women - their faces and silhouetted bodies. Prior to this, and as a young child, Angela designed and made tailored outfits for Ken and Barbie dolls.

The passion Angela endured for working with her hands and women, guided her towards hand sewing. Before long, the artist in Angela was creating stunning haute couture wedding gowns and bringing these elegant pieces to life.

To this day, Angela still operates out of the same workrooms, using headless mannequins that are padded in exact measurements of clients to facilitate the essential fitting process. A series of four fittings begin with a toile - the cotton-calico version of the garment. The gown then comes to life in the highest quality fabrics, including delicate imported laces and fine silks, with extreme attention to detail and time consuming hand executed techniques. A craft only a true artist could successfully master without any formal or traditional training!
